CC Naugy's 2025 Coat Drive was an overwhelming success! We collected over 100-coats and jackets in addition to an overabundance of gloves, hats, scarves and socks.

New additions to the coat drive this year were 100-cookie bags that included messages of encouragement and we went through 4-boxes of hot chocolate in under 2-hours! At times, we were simply overwhelmed with crowds, in the best way possible.

I heard a number of people bump into friends they have not seen in a while. We also had prayer requests, inquiries of what time our services were on Sundays and a few people who observed our work from across the street with a smile on their face commenting how amazing it is that we do this each year.

We have a grandmother who looks forward to this event, where she picks out coats for her 3-grandchildren. In the weeks leading up to this, there were some days were the box remained empty. One Friday night, Rich found the box empty and the next Saturday morning, found it to be overflowing. God is just so, so Good!

While I am thankful for the many volunteers who made this happen (some first-time volunteers), we give all the glory to God for allowing our church to have such an amazing impact on the community.
